LoneStar Rail/Transportation Issues at November 8, Council Workshop

Staff will present to the council at the 3pm workshop, recommendations with respect to the use of the funds budgeted in FY 17 for LoneStar Rail. Here are the specific recomendations.

Thus it appears that staff wants to conduct more studies. CAMPO is the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization. ARRO is an unknown study organization, but, it is likely connected with the San Antonio planning organization, Alamo Area Metropolitian Planning Organization (ALAMO).
