Solar Panel Disposal?

Has the City and homeowners planned for the disposal of their solar panels after they have reached the end of their life?

The same question should be asked of the solar energy providers that sell electricity to Georgetown. If the disposal costs are not accounted for in the current electricity price, does that mean residents will be facing another $bill when the panels have to be safely and environmentally responsibly recycled?
