Georgetown Established Electric Utility Board

The City Council intends to establish electric and water boards at the City Council meeting tonight, May 5, 2020. Mike Triggs will be the council member designated to serve on this board.

Apparently there has been little if any public involvement in the process of identifying potential board members. Is this transparency?
