Thirteen city staff, six city managers, and the mayor, city council, city attorney, and city secretary have spent significant work hours on this activity. The activity is far from complete and additional work hours are to be expended over the next several months.
Is this where you want your city officials spending significant time? Or should they be focussed on providing the core government functions of public safety, public roads, libraries and parks while minimizing the intrusion into citizens lives, and the cost and size of the city government?
